When you attend various festivals around our great state, you really have no control over where they put your booth. Thank goodness for the luck of the draw or we'd have never had such a great view! During the recent Sawmill Festival in Bruce, MS, we were across from a make-shift farm of chickens, turkeys, ducks and other various breeds of birds. Let's not lose sight of the fact "Doozy Dawgs" was close enough to satisfy hunger pains. We had a great time in Bruce and will support their festival for years to come. Thank you to all the musicians and the volunteers who put this together.

During our stay in Bruce, we had the great experience of watching this "bug" hatch from its cocoon. I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology but it was exciting knowing that "we were the first people that this bug saw" --- we let it hang with us all day and enjoyed the experience of watching it change colors - *Big sigh* - another one of God's great inventions!

All in a day's work --- nails, beads, beautiful crosses, silk, burlap and work gloves.. It was a success!
